What are To do’s ?
Deloz incorporates the To-do feature for users to track their tasks and appointments. User can create tasks pertaining: Adding a simple task. Make a call. Send an Email. Meetings. Webinar Send an attachment.
How do I check the daily To-Do's ?
To check the daily To-Do's: Go to main navigation menu < To-do's . There are two different ways to view all the To-do's : List - All the To-do's are listed. Calendar - All the To-do's can be viewed in a calendar You can also see upcoming to-do's for the next 7 days on dashboard at right side column.
How do I add and view To-do's in the calendar ?
Deloz intuitively adds all the created to-do's in the calendar for users to see the previous and upcoming To-Do's. All the historical To-do's which did not meet the deadline would be shown in Red and which met the deadline, would be shown in Green.
How to create a To-do ?
Deloz comprehends the importance of creating To-do's quickly and with ease. Therefore, in Deloz system, Following are the ways to create tasks: From the quick menu: Click on quick action icon (+ icon) at the bottom right side. Select create To-do and create a task. From Deals,Leads and Contacts individual page. User can also create todo's on individual leads, deals and contacts.
How can I link my To-do's ?
To-do's can be linked to: Organisational Contact People Contact Lead Deal You can always assign any To-do's to your team members and set due date .
How do I filter To-do's ?
In order to filter To-Do's: Go to main navigation menu < To-do's. Click on filter icon on top-left side. You can filter To-do's by: Archived To-do's Created last month Created last week Unfinished to-do's created last week Unfinished to-do's created last month Updated last month Updated last week
