What do you mean by Email in Deloz ?
Deloz offers some comprehensive list of features embedded inside it's Email System. Here you can communicate with all your clients/contacts/users via e-mail. Like any other email platform, it has: An inbox Spam Box Trash Archive. However, unlike other email platforms, it has a shared inbox system. Unlike, any other email platforms, you can: Make calls Record calls Check the list of incoming outgoing, and missed calls.
What are the types of Inboxes in Deloz ?
There are 2 types of inboxes - Simple- Emails can be received from any email id. Advanced- Emails can be received from specific email ids which are called Forward emails for that inbox. You can have multiple forward emails in one inbox.
What is a shared inbox? How does it work?
This a collaborative inbox a user can create for a group of people. Only members of the inbox have access to emails inside that inbox. The inbox can be of 2 types: Public inbox - access to all users of the account Private inbox - access to group of people(any member can add and remove any other member)
Can I sync multiple email addresses to one account ?
For Starter and Enhanced plan , You can sync only ONE email address per account (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook or any other major email service). For Enterprise Plan: You can sync TWO email addresses with your Deloz account. However, you can use our shared inbox feature and add multiple Deloz email IDs.
How do I compose a new e-mail?
In Deloz system, You can compose new mail by two ways: 1. Through Quick action icon: Access the quick action icon (plus icon) at any window on bottom right . Click on compose new mail. Through Inbox. Go to navigation menu < Inbox Click on Compose New icon on top left corner of screen and compose window opens.
Why are my BCC mails not coming into Deloz?
This usually happens when the emails being sent by you are from an unknown email address, which the system fails to recognise and is blocked for your own safety.
Can a Shared Inbox have same From email and Forward email ?
Yes, a Shared Inbox can have same From email and Forward email.
What is a Reminder in the compose box ?
You can set a reminder on an email while you send the email. A reminder can be set to check whether that particular email received a reply within the set time.
What are From E- mails ?
From emails are email ids used as sender’s signature to send an email from the Deloz inbox. Different shared inboxes can have multiple from emails, provided that these mails are verified email ids in Deloz System.
Why isn't a recently added 'From email/ Forward email', not verified ?
In order to verify 'From/ Forward Email: There will be a verification email sent to the from/forward email id. Once the the invitation is accepted on that id then the email gets verified.
What is Scheduler in the compose box ?
You can schedule an email for anytime later using the Scheduler option in the compose box. If you schedule the email for anytime before the current time, it immediately gets sent.
What is incoming email for Shared Inbox ?
An advanced shared inbox can have multiple emails related to it that are mapped to particular forward emails. We can specify the incoming mail we want for that inbox and map it to a verified forward mail.
What are email templates in Inbox ?
Email templates, as the name suggests are the set of saved emails, which can be used by user for their multiple use-cases. There are some pre-defined mail templates available in inbox. Additionally users can create email templates and define their category/title so as to be used accordingly.
Who can assign mail to whom ?
All the members of the inbox can assign its email to any other member as long as they are the members of the inbox.
How do I search for specific emails?
Once you are logged in with your Deloz account: Go to navigation menu < Inbox You will find the search messages option on the top bar right next to the navigation menu.
How to create a Shared Inbox ?
In order to create a shared inbox: Go to navigation menu < Inbox In the Inbox menu you’ll find a mailbox icon. Click on the mailbox icon. Create Shared Inbox form pops up. Choose whether you want Simple or Advanced Inbox type. You can also keep the Shared Inbox private or public. If Advanced Inbox is chosen then input fields are: Name Colour Mail Prefix From Email From Name Forward Email.
Who can add members to a private Shared Inbox ?
All the members of that particular Shared Inbox can add or remove members in it.
Who can create a Shared Inbox?
Any valid and verified user of an account can create a Shared Inbox.
