How safe is my credit card information?
| For all security reasons Deloz won’t be storing your credit card information at any given point of time. We use Paddle payment gateway for all the transactions on the website. Paddle combines it’s own algorithms and also provides fraud score for each of the transactions to prevent any dubious transactions or misuse of your credit card information. How to add seats in the account?
User can add the required number of seats in his account at the time of signup, depending upon the type of plan user choose. If the user wants to add more seats later, they can Go to Settings < Billing < Plan Change, and select the plan which complements user's needs.
How or who can cancel a paid account?
From the navigation menu on left, go to Settings > Billing and select Cancel my subscription in the payment manager. Only the admin has the access to cancel a paid account.
How to update billing address?
You can update your billing address by : Access the navigation menu on left. Navigate to Settings < Billing on an admin account. Select Update.
How will the charges be in case of change or upgrade of the plan?
Deloz charges on prorated basis for any changes or upgrade of the plan. For example, if you had a Starter plan for 10 days of the month and upgraded to the Enhanced plan later, Your bill will reflect the charges for Starter plan for 10 days and Enhanced plan for the remaining days.
What payment methods are accepted by Deloz?
For customers in USA and Canada, we accept Amex, Discover , MasterCard, Visa and all the major credit cards. For customers from other parts of the world paying in US Dollars, we accept Visa, Mastercard and any other locally accepted credit cards.
When will my card be charged?
Deloz offers 2 types of payment plans for users: Monthly Your card will be charged at the signup for the first time and the cycle will continue after next 30 days with the amount as per your plan details. Yearly Your card would be charged Monthly with the fee for annual plan / 12.
Who can view billing information and transactions history ?
Accounts with admin access can view the entire billing information and transactions history. You also have an option to get all the billing information to your registered e-mail id in the billing tab.
What happens at the end of my free trial period?
At the end of your free trial period of 14 days, your subscription will start and you will be due for payment for the usage at the end of billing period. You also have an option to cancel the subscription at the end of the trial period of 15 days.
Where can I access the billing information?
Access the navigation menu on left hand side. Go to Settings> Billing. You can access all the billing information including payment manager, transaction history and plan details.
Can I change my payment method from the existing one?
Yes, you can change the mode of your payments at any given time from Credit card to PayPal and vice versa. For changing your payment mode: Access the main navigation menu on left. Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Manager.
How to remove seats from an account?
In the navigation menu on left , go to Settings > Billing and delete the seats you want to remove from the account. Only an Admin account can remove seats.
How to change the credit card I currently use ?

What happens to the data of a deactivated user?
If a deactivated user owns deals or contacts, they remain in the Deloz database. Basic features of search and filter would be assessable. The past data will come up while searching without any problem.
Can I change my plan from the existing one?
Yes, you can change your plans as per your convenience. For changing your plan from the existing one, Access the navigation menu on left hand side. Go to Settings > Billing > Plan Change.
